Appliances mostly fail at their connections, and the connections are plumbing and electrical. Those are trades we already work every week, so the fix doesn’t need a second phone call.
Why call a remodeler about a dishwasher?
Because the dishwasher isn’t really the risk. The supply line, the drain connection and the outlet behind it are, and a slow leak back there ruins a floor long before anyone smells it. We’ve rebuilt the bathrooms and kitchens where that story ends, so when we hook a machine up, we hook it up like the floor is ours.
And when a repair isn’t worth it, you hear that plainly. We install replacements too, so there’s no incentive hiding in the advice. Bring the new one home from wherever the deal is; we’ll make sure it runs, sits level and never touches your floor with anything but its feet.

Yes. Buy the appliance wherever the deal is; we do the part the delivery crew rushes. Leveled so it doesn’t walk, lines and fittings done to the standard we use inside full remodels, run through a cycle before we leave, and no slow leak finding your floor a month later.
