Composite walls, new valve and head, glass door or curtain. The workhorse conversion: watertight, easy to clean, done in a couple days, and the quickest way from old tub to new shower.
Tiled walk-in
Real tile over real waterproofing, any layout, bench and niche if you want them. Costs more because somebody sets every piece by hand, and it’s the version you’ll see in twenty years and still like.
